Intellectual Capital Management
Leaders
The research group on Intellectual Capital Management is a diverse and growing scientific community focusing on themes that are naturally intertwined. Our research context deals with expert organisations, co-operative businesses and small and medium-sized companies in particular. We seek to generate research-based knowledge on nationally and internationally significant topics that are also interesting and relevant to practical working life. For us, links to themes that are present in everyday working life and in workplace communities come naturally – we don’t see theory and practice are at the opposite ends of the spectrum. We do use a diverse range of research methods but take particular pride in our strong methodological expertise in qualitative research.
