M.Sc. (econ.), MA Johanna Heinonen-Kemppi is a doctoral student and university teacher in the Master’s Program of Tourism Marketing and Management at the University of Eastern Finland, Business School.
Besides teaching her research interests include online communication and marketing, destination management and leadership, services marketing and experience design. She is writing her PhD about the customer value co-creation with caring in a chat-based moment of truth. Due to her versatile background, she combines elements from linguistics, marketing, pedagogy, ICT, and management in her research.
