My duties include teaching in the Tourism Marketing and Management (TMM) Master’s programme (e.g., Destination Management, Digital Business Strategy) as well as supervising Master’s theses. I also develop both new and existing online courses. My research and development activities include participation in projects such as Innokaupunki 3, where the university, companies, and cities collaborate to create innovative solutions for the future of tourism and business.

Besides teaching, my research interests include online communication and marketing, destination management and leadership, services marketing and experience design. My PhD research focused on customer value co-creation of caring in a chat-based moment of truth. Due to my versatile background, I combine elements from linguistics, marketing, pedagogy, ICT, and management in my research.
