Motivation, learning, and well-being (MoLeWe UEF)
Research themes
Our research focuses on individual differences in and the development of motivation (e.g., goals, interest, values, expectancies), learning (including skill development, performance, and achievement), and well-being (e.g., emotions, engagement, perfectionistic strivings, burnout, and stress), with a particular emphasis on mathematics.
Through our studies, we aim to
- gain knowledge on the developmental antecedents and consequences of individual differences in motivation, learning, and well-being
- gain knowledge on the developmental interplay between motivation, learning, and well-being
- understand the situational dynamics of motivation, learning, and well-being
- identify important personal and contextual factors that influence the development of motivation, learning, and well-being
