I work as a postdoctoral researcher in the NOVEL MSCA Postdoctoral Programme. I research magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based biomarkers for aging and memory impairment. In my project, I utilize existing datasets and apply novel multidimensional MRI and zero echo time functional MRI methods to detect aging-related changes and diseases.

I completed my dissertation “Magnetic resonance imaging-based biomarkers of epilepsy in a rat model of traumatic brain injury” in 2022 at the University of Eastern Finland. During my thesis work, I collected and analyzed a large collection of MRI data, gaining a good working knowledge of MRI.
